Prior to joining GL Ventures, LLC as a consultant in 2007, Mr. Bush was the CFO of ZVUE Corporation (NASDAQ: ZVUE) which went public in February 2006. At ZVUE he led several acquisition transactions with a combined transaction value in excess of $50M. He also led three financing transactions which raised in excess of $40M for the company.
From September of 2002 to June of 2005, Mr.
Bush was the CFO of IMSI. While at IMSI, he participated on
the team that bought six and sold three software companies.
Prior to joining IMSI, Mr. Bush was one of the
founding members of Buzzsaw.com, a privately held company spun
off from Autodesk in 1999, focusing on on-line collaboration,
printing and procurement applications.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Bush was the Corporate
Controller at Autodesk. Bush began his career in public accounting
with Ernst & Young, and later with Price Waterhouse in Munich,
Germany. He received a B.S. in Business Administration
from U.C. Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant.
