Key Accomplishments of Gordon Landies
*  Started Design Software in 1984 and sold it in 1989 to The Software Toolworks, a publicly traded company.
* Acquired all the rights to Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing for Mindscape.
* Participated in the acquisition teams for Printmaster and Strategic Simulations.
* Head of Mindscape OEM sales group which generated over $40 million in sales in 1995.
* Responsible for over $110 million of sales in the December quarter of 1998 for The Learning Company.
* Acquired rights to first Lego software and sold over 2 million units of lego Island.
* Joined IMSI's Board of Directors in 1995, continued until 1998. The stock reached $16 per share in 1998.
* Helped acquire rights for the National Geographic Collection Series of magazines on CD. Responsible for selling over $30 million of the collection series.
* Part of The Learning Company executive sales team after the acquisition of Mindscape and Broderbund. 1998 sales exceeded $800 million.
* The Learning Company was sold to Mattel in 1999 for $3.8 billion. 
* Joined the board of E-Universe in 1998.  E-Universe changed its name to Intermix and was sold to News Corp in 2005 for $580 million.
* Consulted with Veggietales to create a line of software which sold over $4 million at retail.
* Consulted with Valusoft which was sold to THQ in 2002 for $28 million.
* Acquired the domain names Photos.com and Animations.com for IMSI.  These sites were sold to JupiterMedia in 2003 in a transaction that resulted in over $20 million to IMSI.
